America taxes the rich unfairly

Rome had an Emperor and Senate
America has a President, Vice President, Congress and a Senate

Rome dictated laws throughout the land
America dictates laws throughout fifty states

Rome was the center of all power
America’s Washington D.C. is all powerful

Rome had many gods
America struggles to be one nation under God

Rome crucified and denied rights to Christians
America tries to deny rights to Christians

Rome ruled people with a mighty hand
America is ruled by a minority of people

Rome fell
America will fall
