Americans say they want the truth…and to quote Jack Nicholson in the movie “A Few Good Men”, when he says “America can’t handle the truth“. It is apparent that half the country really can’t handle the truth, and that is the truth.

More than fifty million babies have been murdered on demand since Roe vs. Wade. If you don’t want a baby boy, you can get an abortion, if you don’t want a baby girl, you can get an abortion. If you don’t want to continue with your pregnancy even in the third trimester, you can get an abortion. We are right up there with China and India. Rape, incense, and the mother’s life being at risk have been in place before Roe vs. Wade. The new law opened the door to legalize murder of unwanted babies for any reason. Prior to Roe vs. Wade the legality of abortion was decided by each state; it was illegal in 30 states and legal under certain cases in 20 states.

It’s been estimated that if abortion were made illegal—except in the cases of rape, incest, and the life of the mother—that would reduce the rate of abortions by about 98%. Ultimately we have abortion on demand because of a claim about rape. The whole premise of Roe v. Wade was that the plaintiff in the case, Jane Roe (who we now know was Norma McCorvey) was supposedly raped-gang-raped no less. But years later, Norma McCorvey revealed that she had lied. She said, “I initially had told Sarah Weddington [the ACLU attorney for Roe] that I had been raped-and I was not raped

I’ve heard the sorry excuse Joe Biden gives for many years, in fact, I used to believe it myself. Well the truth is Christians do have a right to object to “on-demand” abortion. Christians have every right under God to obey the Ten Commandments. “Thou shall not Kill.” I am not talking about in self defense, or protecting our country.

Most people will tell you they would not choose an abortion for themselves, but they are choosing it every time they vote yes. Christian people have no excuse to vote “yes’. One day they will stand before God and give an accounting. That little baby’s heart starts beating shortly (22 days) after conception and is known to God even before conception.

“Now the word of the Lord came to me saying, ‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5). There are several things here that are awe-inspiring as we reflect on this verse. God tells Jeremiah that He “knew” him before he was formed within the womb. He already knew Jeremiah’s strengths and weaknesses before Jeremiah was born. What does this mean to us? After all, we are not prophets like Jeremiah. No, but we are human beings created in God’s image like Jeremiah. God knew each of us. He knew us in this way even before we were born. He has also appointed us to become like Jesus as we follow in His steps; “For whom He foreknew He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first-horn among many brethren.” (Romans 8:29). It is up to us as to whether we will accept God’s appointment or not, just as it was up to Jeremiah. It is up to Christians to vote according to God‘s Word and putting politics aside.
