Open your eyes, look at the clouds, and watch them change into drawings in the sky.
Listen to the tide that washes up on shore and hear the peaceful rhythm of its sound.
Imagine the earth that appears as a blue marble held there only by God’s power.
Think about the vastness of the universe with more stars than grains of sand on the beaches, all spoken into being by God.
Dwell on the colors of the rainbow that were given to us through a covenant and promise.
Watch the sun come over the ocean and remember…This is the day the Lord hath made.
Run through a field of wild flowers and feel the breeze blow to and fro, all gifts from Jehovah.
Climb a mountain and sit at the top…You can’t help think about how small and insignificant you are.
Hold a baby, feel his soft skin, touch his delicate hands and feet…think of baby Jesus.
Imagine He came into the world as a vulnerable child to be a sacrifice for all mankind.
Open you eyes to the miracles that take place everyday, and know that God is in complete control.
Remember God brings rain on both the righteous and the unrighteous because He loves all His children.
There are no mysteries when you open your eyes because only then can you open your heart.
When I say “I am tired”, God says “I will give you strength”. (Ps. 29:11), (Isa. 58:11)
When I say “I am sad”, God says “I will wipe all your tears away”. (Rev. 21:4)
When I say “I can’t”, God says “Your faith can move mountains”. (Mark 11:23)
When I say “I’m afraid”, God says “trust in me”. (2 Sam. 22:31)
When I say “I feel so alone”, God says ”I am always with you”. (Ps. 73:23), (Matt. 28:20)
When I say “I love you Lord”, God says “Because I first loved you”. (1 John 4:19)

We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature–trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence…We need silence to be able to touch souls. — Mother Teresa
