Father we pray that you cut short the days. (1)
Your children cry out and are lost in a maze. (2)

Man has fallen so low and yet we still exist. (3)
Satan has taken over and so few resist. (4)

We grow weary of man’s sinful nature and his wicked ways. (5)
The world is filled with unspeakable sin and we are in a daze. (6)

We are so unworthy of your continued patience and grace. (7)
We are so undeserving and long for the day we see your face. (8)

You made a Covenant with Noah after the flood. (9)
You gave us your Son who shed his own blood. (10)

Preaching the Good News is at hand spreading throughout the earth. (11)
Father you know your children and who will accept a new re-birth. (12)

Your love covers sin for all those who will make the decision. (13)
You told us the road is narrow and of the great division. (14)

You alone judge the hearts of every man and their ways. (15)
Father we pray for man’s sake that you cut short the days.
